As a Humanitarian Programme Manager-LAC at HelpAge International, you will oversee humanitarian programs in Latin America and the Caribbean, collaborating with a diverse team, managing partner-led projects, seeking funding opportunities, providing technical advice, and ensuring program quality while enhancing capacities and relationships within the organization and with partners.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in humanitarian work, familiarity with various humanitarian donors, expertise in project cycle management, a history of successful project development, and an understanding of HelpAge’s broader portfolio areas. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
