The Global Planning and MEAL Manager will lead the transformation journey at HelpAge! As part of the Transformation team, you’ll guide the organization towards a new value proposition, implement diversified programming models, and foster an enabling organizational culture.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in organizational planning, reporting, and data management systems, demonstrated expertise in lean project management, strong problem-solving skills with a balance of creativity and pragmatism and familiarity with transitioning to online software systems, DevResults experience which will be a plus.
