The Deputy Humanitarian Lead, Programme Operations at HelpAge International will support the Humanitarian Lead by overseeing programmatic, operational, monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities within the humanitarian department.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 12 years’ progressive experience in humanitarian preparedness and response, emotional intelligence, strategy development expertise, commitment to localization principles, ability to advise and strengthen staff and partner capacity, and proficiency in building networks and relationships.
