This consultancy will lead the development of HelpAge’s Capacity Sharing Strategy, working closely with a cross‑functional internal working group and network representatives. The assignment will generate a clear, high‑quality, gender‑responsive, age‑ and disability‑inclusive strategy that sets out HelpAge’s approach to capacity sharing across its global network, aligned with the organisation’s Theory of Change, organisational strategy, and impact vehicles.

Previous experience supporting or developing capacity strengthening or capacity sharing strategies will be a strong asset.
