HelpAge International’s People Strategy 2026–2030 sets out how we will continue strengthening our people, culture, and HR foundations over the coming years, in line with Strategy 2030: Ageing in a Just World and our evolving network-led ways of working.

Developed following a period of organisational transition and change, the strategy takes a practical and sustainable approach focused on strengthening consistency, clarity, inclusion, wellbeing, and safeguarding across the organisation.

Built around four key pillars, the strategy outlines how HelpAge will support workforce stability, strengthen digitally enabled HR systems, promote inclusive and responsible people practices, and continue building a collaborative and supportive organisational culture.
