HelpAge International is deeply concerned about the risk to older people unable to flee in the face of the situation unfolding in Israel and Gaza, and is calling for all parties to uphold their obligations under International Humanitarian Law.
The hostilities pose a severe risk to some of the most marginalised and action must be taken to ensure humanitarian access to those in need.
