The right to health is a basic expectation for people of all ages. But older people face all kinds of challenges -- even discrimination -- as they seek to get the right kind of healthcare as they grow old.

Enia, 63, Zimbabwe

Enia completely lost her sight due to cataracts. She felt low and missed her independence. She was part of a programme conducted by HelpAge Zimbabwe and partners and received a cataracts operation. Her sight is now completely restored and she can get back to her old life.
