How do I apply for a role at HelpAge?
All current vacancies are published on the HelpAge website. Each vacancy includes a job description outlining the role, responsibilities and required competencies. To apply, candidates are asked to submit a CV and, where requested, a cover letter explaining how their experience meets the role requirements.
What is HelpAge’s recruitment process like?
Our recruitment processes are competency-based and designed to be fair, transparent and respectful of candidates’ time. Depending on the role, the process may include shortlisting, interviews, and practical tasks or case studies. Only shortlisted candidates are contacted.

Can I apply if I am based outside the UK or Europe?
Yes. HelpAge recruits globally. However, candidates must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based. HelpAge does not sponsor work permits unless explicitly stated in the job advertisement.
