The Protection and MHPSS Adviser at HelpAge International will oversee HelpAge Ukraine’s protection and MHPSS humanitarian response with most at-risk older people with and without disabilities, caregivers, and communities by guiding staff, while integrating protection & MHPSS into projects, collaborating across sectors, representing the organization, aiding in data reporting, and assisting in MEAL activities.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years humanitarian experience in supporting and supervising high quality protection and MHPSS interventions, hold a degree and/or master’s in social work, psychology, or other relevant fields and have knowledge and experience in social work and/or protection or MHPSS support, GBV, in emergency context.
