As a Portfolio Lead – Income Security at HelpAge International, you will build a diverse portfolio of age-inclusive initiatives and partnerships to promote income security for older people, enhancing their independence and sense of purpose. Advocating at the national and global level, you will aim to establish HelpAge as the preferred partner for age-inclusive action in the public, private, and INGO sectors. Leading your team, you will strengthen capacity and interventions across HelpAge’s network and partners to address the needs of older men and women.
The ideal candidate should have experience in public policy, social protection, or relevant commercial settings and possess strong analytical, advocacy, and collaborative skills.
