The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Coordination Officer at HelpAge International will support the ROAR program in Ethiopia, Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania by overseeing M&E activities, data management, and service delivery improvement. Working closely with the Global Programme Manager, they’ll develop, coordinate, and enhance M&E activities, building staff capacity and ensuring adherence to HelpAge guidelines.
The ideal candidate should possess a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Demography, Development Studies, proficiency in data management tools, statistical analysis, and experience in M&E, research, and project evaluation. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of gender and disability-sensitive approaches.
