The IT and Operations Manager at HelpAge International will play a critical leadership role in strengthening operational excellence and ensuring that robust, secure, and effective IT systems support the organisation’s mission. Working closely with colleagues across the Business Support Department and global teams, the post‑holder will provide strategic oversight of operational services, digital tools, and technology infrastructure that enable the delivery of HelpAge’s Strategy 2030.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in operational management, IT strategy, and digital enablement within an international or multi‑country context. Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage risks and incidents, and experience supporting organisational change, alongside a commitment to HelpAge’s values of impact, learning, partnership, and inclusion.
