The consultant/firm will conduct a midterm evaluation to assess project quality, effectiveness, and accountability, contributing to the August 2025 interim report to MACP.
The ideal consultant/firm should possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience in humanitarian programme evaluation, proven expertise in CHS, inclusive programming, and evaluation methodologies, familiarity with issues related to ageing, disability, and humanitarian inclusion and Demonstrated experience in qualitative and participatory evaluation methods.

- Proposed methodology and work plan
- Sample of a similar evaluation report
- Financial proposal (all-inclusive, within the stated budget)
