The Consultancy to explore the Health Situation of Older Persons at HelpAge Ukraine will aim to inform strategies for improving health and social care services and systems for older people with chronic and life-limiting illness in Ukraine and inform future operational research. Additionally, it aims to raise awareness and advocate for neglected older populations in humanitarian crises.
The Ideal consultant should possess experience in relevant field(s); focus on public health, UHC and healthcare related fields, familiarity with international humanitarian response and coordination structures, with an understanding of key issues affecting older people and knowledge and/or experience of humanitarian health programming.
