Consultancy: Evaluation and Learning of AFFORD Programme

The consultant for HelpAge International’s Exit Fund AFFORD Programme, funded by Irish Aid, will carry out an evaluation of the effectiveness of the programme towards enhancing the dignity and well-being of older people in Ethiopia, Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania through a social protection initiative and share lessons learnt which will inform future social protection programs and contribute to a fairer world for older people.

The ideal consultant should possess a post-graduate degree and expertise in social sciences, development studies, technical expertise in evaluating social protection, social accountability, advocacy and rights programmes, and ability to draw strong and valid conclusions.
