The consultant at HelpAge International will develop a learning piece on skill-sharing and accompaniment within Partner-led Programming (PLP), emphasizing on equitable partnerships and local resource allocation. They will review the case studies from Rwanda, Vietnam, and Myanmar, conduct interviews with diverse stakeholders, describe approaches, challenges, and results, and create a checklist for practical applications.
The ideal consultant should be familiar with localisation principles, diverse actions in the humanitarian and development field on both local and global levels and have experience in participatory case studies.
