The Age Inclusion Specialist at HelpAge International will map and assess the inclusion of older people, develop inclusion tools, conduct relevant training, provide technical inputs, and identify gaps in age and disability inclusion. They will actively monitor developments in age inclusion practices, stay informed about the local context, and promote the participation of Older people.
The ideal candidate should possess field experience in humanitarian work, a strong grasp of intersectionality and age/gender-transformative actions, knowledge of humanitarian coordination systems, social protection systems in Ukraine, and a background in protection and inclusion.
