present in Jordan and Lebanon.

This exciting secondment opportunity will allow
you to provide strategic direction and vision to the regional HelpAge-Handicap
Inclusion programming, ensuring coherence and complementarity between
activities and initiatives of HelpAge International and Handicap International
teams across the region. The Regional Inclusion
Programme Manager will manage the HAI Advocacy and Inclusion Coordinator based
in Lebanon and the Protection Coordinator based in Jordan, to ensure that all interventions are
in compliance with the regional strategy as well as with international
humanitarian law, policies and standards. The post holder will be responsible for the development of
coordinated advocacy strategies, including identified priorities, evidence
based messages, targets, monitoring and evaluations. You will also directly
manage inclusion activities related to humanitarian activities inside Syria.
The ideal candidate will be able to quickly develop a strong and
detailed understanding of the current humanitarian situation in the region and
the humanitarian structures in place to address the changing needs of refugees.
An advanced understanding of needs analysis, and a capacity to effectively
participate in and influence activities of working groups and build strategic
relationships with national and international partners is critical. You will also have Master's Degree in International
Humanitarian Programme or related field as well as extensive experience developing
and managing protection programmes at field level in humanitarian contexts. You
must be an experienced manager with a proven track record of working with and
influencing high level stakeholders. You will also have a proven record of
dedicated humanitarian policy and advocacy experience at international level
and effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills (including
with senior managers and government bodies) with the ability to develop global
professional networks.
