Key responsibilities

We are currently seeking an IT and Facilities Assistant to join the London office. As IT and Facilities Assistant, you will act as front line IT support for all staff providing practical assistance and guidance. With a working knowledge of Office 365 you will also have the opportunity to be involved in development of informal training approaches to support staff in maximising the use of the systems avaialbe to them. In addition to this, the successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the London office equipment and environment is in functional condition in accordance to Health and Safety standards.  

Essential skills, knowledge and experience

The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced and challenging environment. Excellent attention to detail, organisational and planning skills are essential in this role.

Finally, you must have basic knowledge and/or experience of remote desktop services and demonstrable knowledge of Office365 management.
