Tackling the impact of HIV and AIDS in Africa HelpAge is making a big difference to the way HIV and AIDS is tackled in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa and Ethiopia. Older people have tremendous capacity to relieve the impact of the illness in their families and communities, so we are working with them by offering training, emotional support or business loans.
