At the market

A difficult morning. The hopelessness of the situation at Bulengo and all over the Kivus has got to me. Last night I also talked for hours with a couple of UN guys at the hotel and covered the country’s sorry story since the 30’s - not a cheerful chat! I like them though. They have lived here and elsewhere in Africa for many years and stick to the facts.
